• At Very Very Shop, we take care in preparing each order to ensure it arrives safely and as intended. Please review the information below regarding shipping, pickup and made-to-order items.

    Shipping Address & Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Very Very is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect address information.

    Damages

    All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours or receipt with photos of:

    • the product

    • the packaging

    • the shipping label

    Retain all packaging materials until claim is resolved.

    Returns

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. Made-to-order items are subject to manufacturer return policies and may include restocking fees. Please contact us prior to initiating any return.

  • Orders may be selected for complimentary pickup at our Calgary studio. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

  • We offer flat rate shipping within Canada.

    Flat Rate: $25 per order

    Please note that shipping is available on select items only. Items eligible for shipping will display a shipping option at checkout. Larger or fragile pieces may be available for in-store pickup only.

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary by destination. All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

    Please note: Orders shipped to the United States are sent duties unpaid (DDU). Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

    Shipping for these items is quoted separately after purchase based on delivery address.

    Lead times vary by product and will be confirmed upon order placement.
